The process has been professional from the start. Very well organized and easy to get started. Wes Finch took me through the process and answered all my questions. Never the hard sell! I really appreciate that, I was comfortable and confident that I was doing the right thing. Dr Posner was great, very knowledgeable and thorough, answered all my questions, and gave me a ton of advice. Great experience all around.
Super easy and amazing experience…. Very convenient meeting with the doctor and Josh is absolutely great and very responsive! He has made this experience so far easy and stress free. Customer service is gold standard for sure.
Have to admit, was coming into this as a bit of a skeptic but my patient coordinator, Jordi Perez walked me through it all, the blood test confirmed the course of the treatment and the professional processes, follow through and package details have convinced me this is going to really what I needed to get back on top of my game as life has a way of beating it out of you. Incredible staff and service. Andrew is by far the best patient coordinator ive ever have and goes well above and beyond what anyone can expect. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my care.
Great place to go for heath and wellness. Staff is super helpful and knowledgeable on the latest treatments and how to keep healthy and active as you age.
