The name speaks for itself. Renew lounge RENEWS not only your body but your mind. The energy is welcoming and lets you know it’s okay to release the built up stress and tension. The owner’s positive energy radiates and definitely makes you feel welcomed. Sofia is also a warm greeting. Definitely not a massage I can only experience once. I’ll be back !
This was my first time at Renew lounge today and I must say what an amazing experience. My feet detox and hot stone massage has me walking on clouds. And my masseuse was very friendly and informed me on how I can stay more healthy.
I had a wonderful experience using the sauna. It was extremely clean, well-maintained, and very relaxing. You can tell they take great pride in keeping the space sanitary and comfortable. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend!
