Established in 1996. Renew Therapies began it's journey in Cremorne. In 2001 we relocated to Spit Rd Mosman where we continued to thrive. In July of 2012 we moved to bigger and more convenient premises a short distance along Spit Rd where expansion is planned to include a Naturopath and Clinical Psychologist.

Kate is truly an excellent massage therapist and has been caring for our entire extended family for the past few years. After the first two visits I had with her, she had fully assessed my problem areas and went about providing relief and fixing those niggly irritating areas. Kate has also been very honest and provided referral to a physio therapist if needed and if she though we needed an alternative perspective. We are more than happy to endorse Kate but book in advance as she has a loyal group of clients.
Kate's expertise in identifying and releasing the source of pain is excellent. Her room is also a luxurious, relaxing space.
