I’ve been going to Grace for almost 3 years. For those of you that need deep tissue and a good stretch with customized care, this is the place to be. Gracie is absolutely amazing! She tends to your needs, so if you are an athlete and need deep tissue work she will get those knots out! If you’re looking for more of a Swedish massage she will also do that so it all depends on your needs but she will always take care of you.
As a physiotherapist and lifelong athlete I am very selective when it comes to bodywork. Gracie is an amazing practitioner with a vast knowledge in soft tissue techniques. She is my go to for maintaining a high level of performance in and out of the gym.
I have been going to Grace for about a year and a half now. I can't recommend her enough! She helped me treat my carpal tunnel syndrome , now I don't have to get steroid shots for the pain. Her services overall are amazing. I always leave her place feeling brand new. She's also very polite and professional.
