Deceitful Billing!! Do not go here!! We were told the appliance was okayed by our insurance with a small out of pocket fee!! 1 year later they are billing us for thousands of dollars!! Received many phone calls from company after initial appointment and then once we received appliance no follow through at all!! This place is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Before making the initial appointment I asked the cost since I was deciding between a couple of places for treatment. They said the initial appointment was $65 so I thought there was a low downside to checking them out. And I verified with three employees with three separate conversations the $65 charge. Fast forward and I am billed $750 for the initial consult and the billing department is still unreachable due to "high call volume." What can a patient do?
