Ms. Molly was great in explaining the process of how it goes when you want to try something different from the regular cpap.
The employees at renew sleep are awesome. So very nice and friendly. I felt so comfortable there from the time I walked in till the time I left. I was greeted by everyone with a smile from the receptionists to nurse,to the tech and the Doctor.. Just a great experience.. Thank you renew sleep.
Visited center to inquire about snoring remedy. Realized was a sales pitch for sonomed and was there all of 10 minutes. Did not see doctor, no teleconference with a doctor, only secretary. To my surprise received bill in the mail for $185!!! For ten minutes? And no doctor visit? This is highway robbery. Can not believe this is what 10 minutes is worth to these people. Do not go unless sleep apnea is an actual diagnosis. They will milk as much money as they can from you.

Pleased with the experience. The office staff was professional. Molly was very caring and prodessional. Looking toward to getting my mouth peice to help me with sleep apnea.
