I went to Renew Science and worked with Naya on my diet. I have high blood sugar and high cholesterol. I told Naya I wanted to lower them both through diet and exercise and through Naya's help and guidance together we brought my blood sugar back down to pre-diabetes and for the first time in eight years my total cholesterol is in the normal range.
