Overall my experience has been good. It’s usually pretty quiet. Any maintenance issues I’ve had were resolved quickly, and I do appreciate an onsite laundry. However, the 5:30 am weekend garbage collection is way too early for the noise and some days the bins are left out, making some guest parking spots a challenge. My biggest concern is car safety in the lot. Theft of things in my car, my daughter’s 4 tires, and later her entire car. Several neighbors have had the same issues as well.
I worked with Angel Roy and Zaniesha for two move-ins for families that I am working with. I could not have better things to say about them and their work. Everything was attended to in a timely manner and made everything so smooth. The facility is beautiful as well. Thank you guys for such great work!

The morning of my walk thru, before seeing a unit, I knew I wanted to live here. Zaniesha was very welcoming. She answered all my questions, I never felt judged for having not rented in several years. Zaniesha guided me thru the application process and was gentle when I felt overwhelmed. On move-in day, she showed genuine excitement for me and my son coming in to complete the signing and get our keys. Zaniesha, your kindness and professionalism is truly appreciated!!!
