No check up .or medical health statements. Put me on 140 ml methadone. Within a month. I was a zombie . Burnt half my bed and were I'd sit Burns everywhere. He is very rude . Worse than a drug dealer. I'm at 10 ml. New clinic port hope. Be free from doctor's. And yes it was a doctor who got me hooked ....and retired.... almost died because of doctor's.... don't care it seams they care what money the get payed .. wish u all a speedy recovery
