Just started my first laser session and all the staff - Maya, Ashley, and Addy were super helpful! Addy was my nurse and she helped me feel at ease throughout the whole process. Can’t wait to see results!
I’ve been coming to Renew Medical Center for laser hair removal and have had such a positive experience so far. I’ve had treatments with Maya, Vanessa, and Janet, and all three of them are incredibly professional, caring, and make the process as comfortable as possible. This place is quiet and spotless! Be sure to get your treatment from Vanessa — she’s incredibly professional, friendly, and has an amazing memory, so you truly feel cared for. I’ve been coming regularly for two years now, and my satisfaction couldn’t be higher!
I was PROMISED that I can wait to see if the darking (from their laser) would improve, and they will be happy to refund full amount at any time. Speechless how they are accusing me of intolerable behavior, and this just confirms they intentionally ended the call. My exact words were " I'm frustrated" and "this is unethical." Left a PERMANENT SCAR on my skin, false verbal guarantes on refunds, and audacity to point fingers. Do NOT get laser here. My skin got dark hyperpigmented and the manager Cailyn will not offer refund AFTER the office has initially promised the full refund. The nurse said it'd go away and we can wait and see. Today, Cailyn said "you knew the risks and you signed." Unacceptable ethics.
