I've been going to RenewMD for years, but I decided to change clinics because the receptionist who answers the calls is often rude and unhelpful. With many great new clinics opening in the area, I saw no reason to continue my visits here while having to tolerate unprofessional behaviors from the receptionist.
Have gotten numerous facials for myself and my daughter! We both love them and highly recommend!!!
Dr Yee was really attentive and listened to my concerns. Everyone in the office is so nice, really made me feel comfortable and facilities are clean, warm and inviting. A great experience overall!
I had the best experience at Renew! It was my first time getting skin services so I was very nervous. The patient care coordinator, Jessica, was amazing! She thoroughly explained all the treatments and services that I was getting. The technician that did ulthera was swift and professional. Their doctor was efficient- you can tell she is very good at her job. I’m already seeing good results and will definitely go back.
