NEVER AGAIN! I have known Jim for many years, and so I decided to use him to remodel 2 of my bathrooms. Almost immediately, he began making decisions without asking me first- the way the tile was laid, the placement of the shower niches, the length of the cabinets, the layout of my master bathroom shower- he would just make these decisions on his own.
