I had my tub refinished by Renew It Refinishing last October. While some cracking reappeared over time due to the underlying quality and structure of the tub itself, I was still within the one-year warranty. Jordan was great—he scheduled a time quickly and came by to refinish it again. He was very easy to work with, and I really appreciated how responsive and accommodating he was. Great customer service!
Jordan refinished our shower, made it look like new. Had him back to make our bathtub match. Very professional and nice young man.
Contacted the company on 2/19. It took two days for anyone to get back to me. Finally booked an appt. for March 17th via text. The 16th arrived and they had not given me an arrival time. I texted and said I needed to reschedule as other plans had arisen. It has been two days and I feel like I have been "ghosted". I have lost all FAITH in this company.....After reading some of the one star reviews, I am glad they were not contracted to do the work on my sink.....WORST communication or lack of communication from a service comp... read more
I had my bathtub refinished by a Professional person, 3 years later, still looks like it’s been just a few weeks ago, a good job requires good preparation, and the person who did the job did an Immaculate job, and I would fully recommend them.. GREAT JOB
