There are a lot of "deck construction" companies in Michigan, but Renewit is the best on all levels in our opinion. From early design meetings through final completion, their process is fantastic. Even before the project started, we received weekly communications about what to expect and when. Awesome - never had such good communication on prior projects. From start to finish we are extremely pleased with our new deck and the crew who installed it. It was an A+ experience.
BEWARE: I've been involved in construction projects for over 25 years and I will say this experience was/is hands down the worst experience I've ever had. The pictures below represent a "finished" deck. A $90,000 finished deck. It's an embarrassment for us - and should be for them. Don't be fooled by the fancy diagrams they send as they are worthless. We highly recommend "renew it"! From initial planning to our finished porch update, our experience was very positive. We are so happy with the results! Our sales manager (Scott) was excellent.
