HORRIBLE COMPANY Any Subcontractor Beware they will have you do the work and then refuse to pay!!!! RHE sent us out to Waxahachie to complete a siding installation, payed for hotel out of pocket, finished the job then they refused to pay. Michael said he can pay us in weekly payments because his business is really struggling right now, and he can’t afford to pay out, he then blocked my number and we have yet to get paid. Renew Home Exterior is a company that seems to take pride in its customer service. There were some unforeseeable hiccups from supply chain and man power problems, but RHE was able to adapt and move forward. Anytime we had a problem with a particular of the project, they were quick to rework it until we were happy with it. In the end, our new siding looks really good. I feel like I got good value for my money and that RHE respected me as a customer. Can't really ask for more!
Had all of the windows replaced in my home. Renew gave me five star service from start to finish. Was impressed with their customer service and the crew did a great job installing my windows. Would highly recommend Renew.
Company took 6 months to get supplies after quoting us 6 weeks (COVID has been here for years now, and time quotes should be more accurate at this point). Halfway through the job, we got a notice from the city that RHE had not filed for a permit. There were several details in the contract that were simply not done and we had to call the crew out to fix. They put our gutters back up poorly to the point that they still leak in places. I am very dissatisfied with the work done by Renew Home Exteriors. I spent $46,000 for a list of projects that were going to be done. During my meeting with the sales person we talked about the following: Roof: New shingles, underlayment and plywood sheathing. The sheathing was going to be replaced with plywood due to mold.
