I chose Renew Health Retreat to help me on a journey I realised I had to take. from the beginning I felt welcomed and that my needs would be the focus of my experience. Overall was good 3.5 stars. Therapy sessions each day were intense (5+ hrs each). You had to complete these regardless of feelings each day which can be confronting. You were also charged to pay for therapist’s lunch each day which was not disclosed when signing up. Place was lovely although had no tv, wifi, cell service and was 20min from any retreat support so the complete isolation was not healthy for those already battling mental health issues.
