During my recent visit to Renew Health Center, I experienced several areas that could be improved to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency. Medication changes were not properly documented by the provider, which left the staff unsure about which prescriptions needed to be sent — a situation that can easily lead to delays or confusion. Very disorganized staff. Called for an apt. and to make sure they carried and covered my insurance... they said all was covered. They took my information and found out they didnt write down my email corrext so i did not recieve important documents from them. Additionally, I got there they said my test was $150... the staff is not organized... turned out a very bad experience. It caused me more anxiety than when I arrived.
I absolutely love the location in the Medical center. Clean and professional environment. I've had laser hair removal, botox and had nothing but a 5 star experience and loved my results. My daughters psychiatrist is also located in this same office and we couldn't be happier with the care she's receiving. Highly recommended visiting for you're wellness and beauty needs.
Very incompetent and not professional at all they cancel 3 times on the same day
