Hi! I wanted to reach out about my hair from my recent appointment. I’m honestly disappointed with the results. I asked for an espresso melt with a money piece, but what I received was very chunky, bright highlights with a lot of yellow with no money piece. It doesn’t look blended or dimensional, and it really isn’t the look I requested. As it had really outdated highlights when I wanted something more blended.
