The kindest engagement from the owner as I ordered over the phone from out of state. Asked my preferences on flowers and style - something people don’t do often these days and I prefer! She even took my order on the eve of Valentine’s Day - for a later delivery. Was patient and gentle spirited on her busiest night of the year. I asked her to keep a particular price point and she delivered beautifully. I am beyond pleased with her work and customer service. Only wish she could deliver to North Carolina! :)
The best customer service you could possibly ask for. They went out of their way to make sure the arrangements we ordered were exactly what we wanted. The price was very reasonable as well. We weren’t on site to see the arrangements and they offered to text pictures without us even asking. I highly recommend Renew Floral Design!
