If you want o low impact workout that you can taylor for your needs and a staff that is there to help you. You need to take a look.. I go three time a week. At 80 this month is keeps me going.

Linda and Vanessa are AWESOME. Every time I work out, they provide helpful tips, support, and we ALL enjoy our sessions there. It is truly a community where everyone feels supported, yet we are getting results!
I can not say enough about Linda and Renew Fitness!!! This place is awesome! Everyone knows each other by name and we all root each other on! We laugh and cut up while working out and it makes the time go by so fast!! She has Cardio equipment and toning tables that give you a total body workout! All while making new friends!!
This is a great place to be. You will feel good with your health. I love it.
