I have been coming here ever since they first opened. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. They also have the best facials! Alexis is the amazing aesthetician who gives the facials and is the sweetest person ever! From the moment you walk in she makes you feel welcomed and cared for. She always takes her time, explains everything she’s doing, and genuinely cares about your skin and overall experience. I always leave refreshed, glowing, and already excited for my next appointment. She’s simply the best!
Maybe wait 45 minutes finally, I got up and left they said I was 5 minutes late, but I wasn't.
Wonderful staff always friendly and helpful. Dr Digby and his nurse practitioners are amazing. Thank you for taking such great care of my parents.
Just want to echo what J. Wilbanks said in his review. Went to Renew to get some needling done on 2 spots on my right jaw line through my PCP. Nurse Practitioner Digby saw me first. Asked if I would like her to freeze a few skin tags off on my nose. I said, "No thank you." She raised her voice considerably and ask the same question again. I know when someone is trying to intimidate me. I told her no again. Since that didn't work, Dr. Digby comes in a few minutes later.
