They installed an interlock and generator hookup at my house. Their price was the best I found, the installers were extremely personable and thorough, and the installation only took about 90 minutes. The end result looks great as well. Highly recommend!
First off, the lady who answers the phone needs to be given a gold star for some of the nicest service I've ever had when calling. She was super friendly, easy to talk to, and open and honest about options. Secondly, the technician Alex was friendly, professional and open about what he was doing and what he thought the issue might be. It ended up being a very simple fix, which I was happy about. I would definately use Renew Electric again for anything else I need later down the line!
Alex was excellent helping to troubleshoot the issues we were having with our floor radiant heating system and the thermostats. Spent extra time and effort to make sure we had all the information we needed to make the next decision and provide several options for moving forward. Would highly recommend Alex and Renew's services.
