I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Every interaction exceeded our expectations. The entire team is warm, welcoming, and genuinely seems to enjoy what they do. My boyfriend and I were new patients, and he’s never been a fan of going to the dentist, until now. We both felt truly cared for throughout the visit. Kelly, our hygienist, treated us like longtime patients from the moment we sat down. Renew is fortunate to have her, and we feel even more fortunate to have found this practice.
Absolutely love this place! Every person here cares about the comfort and quality of work done. It is so enjoyable to start and finish with the kindness, warmth, and ease of each dentist visit! Even when it isn’t a fantastic job looks amazing kind of visit. Everything is explained and discussed with options! Highly recommend giving them a try!
As a first-time patient at Renew Dental, I was treated with so much kindness from the moment I walked in the door. Every step of the experience; from the front desk, to the dental assistant, to the dentist, and even the finance team, was welcoming and thorough. I had a dental emergency on a Friday night and Dr. Gray was able to fit me in at 7 AM on that following Monday! Not only was she able to do a complete evaluation, considering that I was a New Patient but she was also able to do a dental procedure that lasted for four hours, all in one day! It is very unlikely for a dentist to be able to get in a same-day procedure but also fit in a procedure that takes up a good portion of their schedule. I have never had so much pain in my life. Miserable I tell you and I was at my very worst! The Dr and staff were top notch! Got me in , evaluated the problem and went to work on me. As soon as they touched me the pain started going away! Very little discomfort during the procedure. I love the hose guys! They saved my life! I’ll most certainly be back! Thank you!
