Pathetic customer service. Wanted to change my day of wedding appointment which they could accommodate. Receptionist and owner very rude. Not doing pre ceremony pictures so asked to delay appointment, but they insisted needed these extra hours for 2 short haired women. A lot of petty, nonsense for something so simple. Wasted my money on hair and makeup trial.
Husband has been suffering with back pain, and I just got into town, saw he was hurting, and started searching for a place to get him to for a massage near us in Leesburg. Found Renew Day Spa and they had an opening today, so took it! Nice place, friendly staff, and husband is feeling so much better! He even suggested next time we should do a couples massage - sounds great to me! Thank you for making him feel so much better!

I had the full body scrub and full body wrap done today and it was amazing! So relaxing and my skin feels amazing! The staff is all so sweet and nice! They go above and beyond to make sure your spa experience is everything you want it to be and more! I love this place and I will be back!
I would highly recommend Renew Day Spa to anyone!!! I was very sore and tense due to stress and working out, after a 60-minute couples massage I felt so much better! Kim is an absolute amazing masseuse.
I had a wonderful relaxing facial!!!
Fantastic experience. The prices are unbeatable and staff is extremely friendly, warm and inviting. Will absolutely reccomend and will definitely be returning when I am back in town.
