This was the worst Spa / Small Business experience I have ever had. My husband bought me a three hour spa day for Christmas. I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. When I walked to the front desk there was a framed picture with outlining their tipping policy, I handed the receptionist my paperwork. She then asked me if anyone had explained their tipping procedure. She stated that with my services it would be $49 upfront so how would I like to pay for it. My name is Kristin and I have been frequenting Renew Day Spa for over two years now and love it! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always inviting. The services they provide are top notch, and prices are great. They always run specials too, so you can splurge on an extra service or purchase services as a gift for friends and family. I would recommend Renew Day Spa to everyone I know. I have found my relaxation zone and it is Renew Day Spa!
I read the bad reviews after I purchased my groupon and I was going to get a refund but since it was so cheap; only $99 to get a mani,pedi,massage and facial, My husband told me to just try it.He's a cheapo!
