Absolutely lovely experience! I got a lymphatic massage and Kirsten was AMAZING. It was my first time in the spa and I felt extremely welcomed! This was my first time getting a lymphatic massage and Kirsten was extremely knowledgeable when explaining the process to me.
My four daughters gave me a gift certificate for a massage at ReNew Cville Spa for Mother's Day! It was one of the best gifts that they have ever given me. The building is beautiful and I was welcomed by Kirsten (my massage therapist) as soon as I walked in. She offered me a bottle of water and gave me a form to fill out, which included any allergies, how much pressure you like in your massage, whether you like hot stones, and what you wanted to get out of the massage, as well as general health questions. Seriously the most cozy, beautiful, relaxing environment. I loved every minute there and every staff member I have come in contact with in. They are warm and lovely people whose passion is helping alleviate stress and pain. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing a massage. The essential oils and hot rocks truly elevate the experience. Seriously the best place I’ve been in Charlottesville or otherwise! I cannot recommend them enough!!
