If you want, hands down, the best massage in one of the cleanest and most relaxing spaces ever..I can’t recommend this place more. I constantly carry tension and stress in my neck and shoulders (turns out my arms as well) which I constantly complain about. This was my first visit to Renew Cville Spa & Wellness Studio, and I was honestly blown away. As a marathon swimmer, my coach recommended a sports massage to help with my recovery and training, but I never expected this level of professional and caring attention. I almost didn’t want to leave this review because it feels like a hidden gem you want to keep to yourself… but they’ve earned it. I’ve had three massages at Renew now, each with a different therapist, and every single one has been great. That kind of consistency is rare. My new favorite spa in Charlottesville! From the moment I entered, I felt so cared for and at peace. The space is beautiful and thoughtfully curated. I had a prenatal massage by Jenna, and it was the BEST thing I’ve done for myself all pregnancy. She helped alleviate pain that I’d been dealing with more months and the effects lasted longer than any other treatment I’ve had. Can’t recommend this spa enough!
