Renew Country has zero customer service. Due to the fact that its impossible to reach anyone via phone I would say I suspect theyre no longer in business except theyre still taking my money each month for a leasing program. The inverter has gone out so Im getting zero benefit from the panels but no one will return my calls even though their joke of a voicemail message claims the call will be returned in 1 or 2 days. Roof leaking, not saving any money on **** in fact paying more than u was when I didn't have panels and no one to contact for maintenance and repairs as stated when installed

AS OF 2019, ALL MORTGAGE TRANSACTIONS REQUIRE THAT DETAILS OF THE ***** PANEL AGREEMENT AND THE TRANSFER OF THE ***** MUST BE SHARED, INCLUDING WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IN THE EVENT OF FORECLOSURE.ANYONE WITH THESE ***** PANELS WILL HAVE AN ISSUE WHEN THEY TRY TO SELL OR REFINANCE THEIR HOME.
