I had an amazing experience with Renew Collision Center in Glendale CA! From start to finish, their customer service was top-notch. They were very professional, efficient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. My Rivian R1S windshield was replaced flawlessly, and the attention to detail was impressive. The manager Arthur went above and beyond to ensure my car was in perfect condition before returning it to me. I highly recommend them for any windshield or collision repair needs!
I took in my Tesla after an accident, and I got more than excellent service from Norik and the team. These guys are top notch in every category. I really appreciated the high quality customer service. This is definitely the shop to go to for the best service. I will recommend them to all my friends.
I want to start off by thanking Norik and the whole staff at Renew Collison.. I was having problems with other repair shops getting back to me and Norik was able to get my car in the same day and repairs were completed in a timely manner.. Norik made the process so easily and he even had my car washed upon arrival.. Definitely a collision center I would refer to friends and family.. Thank you!
Its tough to come across business nowadays which have 10/10 customer service - no matter the industry, but Renew collision center was definitely 10/10. Renew Collision Center did an excellent job fixing our Tesla after it was in an accident which caused quite a bit of damage. They were extremely communicative and very helpful along the way. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else for repairs!
