I decided to have my carpets cleaned to get by until we were able to purchase new carpet. I was 100% sure we needed new carpet -- nothing could save it. That was until Ken came out and cleaned it. It looks amazing! He is very thorough and detailed and does excellent work. I highly recommend Renew and will be a continued customer for years to come!
We just had our carpets done yesterday. We have white carpet and haven t had it cleaned in 6 years since we bought the home. We had many stains from pet accidents that the steam cleaner never quite got out. I considered renting a Rug Doctor this summer but never got around to it. Then our neighbor had theirs done by Renew and raved about it, so we had them do ours.Renew did our living room, hallway, master bedroom and stairs all in about 2 hours. a VERY satisfied customer! I was convinced that I would have to replace the carpet in my living room because of pet stains (hairballs?!), but a friend told me to contact Ken Cruze, owner of Renew CarFrom a pet. Within days, Mr. Cruze was at my house, cleaned the carpets, and removed any trace of stain. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. Best yet, his rates were lower than other carpet cleaning companies I have dealt with!!! From now on, he has my business!
