I cannot recommend Renew Auto Salon enough! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. Kelly, who works at the front desk, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me in detail, which really put my mind at ease. Oftum is is a person of integrity. I was having problems pumping gas to a new vehicle and unsolicited he approached me and spent 10 -15 minutes evaluating the problem and solving my problem. He did this as a Good Samaritan. I’ll definitely become a Renew customer.
Highly recommend this auto shop. I've been here 3 times now with some small problems/concerns with my car. They've always been helpful and never made me feel like my car problem was too small or didn't matter. They also didn't charge me an unreasonable amount of money for the fixes.
