I love the services and the ladies there.
My Mother was having skin issues due to aging and steroid medications. She starting going to @renewandrestorewellnessva and has noticed a huge improvement in the elasticity of her skin. She had been terribly discouraged because her skin would easily rip. She feels so much better now, thanks to the red-light therapy. The IV therapy was also a turning point for her getting over a long illness. Thanks so much to Lauren and Dr. Ethan for providing this service!
It was my first time doing cryotherapy. I was a bit nervous and also excited as I had heard so many people talk about the health benefits. Lauren (and Seraphina) were fantastic and made it fun and easy. Afterwards, my body felt great and I left feeling invigorated. They know how to make someone feel special (and healthy). I’ll definitely be going again.
Renew and Restore is amazing! My whole family enjoys the red light, cry and compression circuit. It has helped me heal faster after a knee injury. My two teenage boys (who are athletes) love to go during their sports seasons to keep their bodies healthy. Great for SO many things!
