Customer service was excellent laid out my whole plan. Couldn’t be much happier. Definitely would recommend them.
When I first went in they were so pleasant and the sales person did a great job, she got a sucker! As soon as I signed the contract and loan papers everything changed. I was no longer anything to them. They never told me how to put them in the dentures what adhesives to use. How to clean them. NOTHING. NO DIRECTION AT ALL. THEY ARE RUDE. NO HELP. I'm just a caregiver to my girlfriend. This happened on 9/10/24. My friend was really nervous about getting this operation and the doctor agreed to prescription of a couple of Diazepam to calm her down. I agreed to take a few days off of work to help her thru this ordeal. I work nights so I only had a few hours sleep. We stopped at pharmacy on the way to appointment. My experience with Renew Smiles in Maplewood was friendly and pleasant through the sales process and I was told everything that I wanted to hear with some concerns about how limited their warranty is!! Once they received payment (all upfront) by means of personal loan at around 13%apr then nice vanished and avoidance began!!!
