Everyone in the clinic was friendly and helpful. The radiology tech was professional and made me feel comfortable. Chandra, the educational specialist did an amazing job explaining the process, identifying what procedure was appropriate for my situation. She patiently answered my many questions. I appreciated her candor and no nonsense manner. Chandra was the determining factor in my decision to make Renew Smiles my dental implant center.
Since getting my teeth done at Renew I have been nothing but disappointed! I lost my sense of taste, the teeth do not stay in place ,when you try to bite down on something hard they pop off! Food sticks to them and under them. They need to be " relined/plugged" way oftened! The teeth are to small. It was a poor investment.
