I just had my 1st massage with Lisa this evening. Wow. She is very, very good. I felt safe, comfortable and welcomed with her. Her space has a positive and loving feel to it. Her touch, speed, and technique is excellent. 🥰

The yoga class is outstanding! Lisa is so knowledgeable about the body. She tailors her classes to her students needs and abilities. The studio is clean and comfortable. I love the holy yoga classes which incorporate the awesome stretching and yoga moves with scripture, prayer and relaxing worship music. Renew is the best!
