I came in for a consultation after waiting 6 months for this appointment. I was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately I felt pretty uncomfortable most of the time. I found the doctor to be cold and unfriendly. I came in optimistically to learn about a potential hormonal imbalance. Her focus was misdirected. I left feeling unheard and uncomfortable.
Dr. Jill and her team are fantastic! Dr. Jill takes the time to listen to you and build a medical plan that is effective and that works for you. Her team is always responsive and very kind.
I had an appointment scheduled for 11 AM and arrived on time. However, I ended up waiting for an hour without being serviced for my lip filler. During this time, I noticed others being taken back for their appointments, even though it was my scheduled time to be seen.
As all the reviews state, everyone is so nice and helpful! Nurse Anna is there for all my questions and keeps me well informed on the process. I’m down 25 pounds and still loosing.
