Very dependable in quality & pricing! Over this year Bryan DeKay has promptly come to three different emergencies and you know how disasters occur during a weekend or holidays! This type of response helped minimized damage by water and mold. His +20 years of experience shows in his outstanding work and follow up. Great job carpet is clean people are friendly
I own a few rental properties in San Antonio and had a tennant move out recently. Brian cleaned my carpets and a few days later one of the rooms developed very strong pet odors. I called him to see what could be done to alleviate the odors and he said he would check his schedule and call me back with possible solutions. I never heard back from him so I am looking for a more professional company to do a pet odor treatment on the carpets. There is also still several stains that did not come out.
