Had Evan and Liam from Rene's come by to do a TSSA inspection for me. Prompt, professional, took their shoes off without being asked, and even laughed at my jokes! Another great service call from Rene's.
We had Rene's out for a service on our Mitsubishi ductless split today. They were FANTASTIC. Our service was impeccable from start to finish. Booking was a breeze with the receptionist, the tech that came out to perform the service was friendly, so well mannered, clean, respectful, informative. No honouring of warranty, expensive labour costs, once you install furnace with them you have to go through them for servicing and warranty claims
