No honouring of warranty, expensive labour costs, once you install furnace with them you have to go through them for servicing and warranty claims

Today Rene himself was going to come and do an estimate at my house. He says he you showed up and knocked on the door. I was in the front room right beside the front door. I did not hear him. There is also a doorbell. then he said he’d come back but didn’t and then he says he declined to do the job. He’s too busy well I’m glad he’s busy because the service is terrible.
