Had a gas fireplace leak/repair job. Workmanship was acceptable, but pricing and communication was not. Was quoted a specific price twice -- both over the phone and by Rene personally -- which was to include the preliminary service call/estimate. After the work was done, the amount increased $40 for a "service charge" and the front office refused to honor the quote. Buyer beware.
Really grateful for my experience working with Rene's Plumbing Repair. From conversations with Genie, to the actual work with Rene, they do everything with precision and detail. The speed and thoroughness at which they work never ceases to amaze me. If you want your work done right, there isn't a better solution
