I’m very satisfied with the care I was provided and the attention to detail given me at Diabetes360. They checked me from head to toe. Yes, I would call it a one-stop-shop for anything to do with endocrinology or diabetes.
I was very excited to become a patient but the office called to cancel my appointment and tell me they were closing all locations.
Saw her as a new hashimotos patient before Thanksgiving with thyroid storm symptoms (heart palpitations, anxiety, sweating, irritability). Did lab work wrote a 2 week RX and promised to call with results and new RX within that 2 weeks. Thursday, before the 2 weeks was up, I called and left a message requesting lab results and new RX due to being out come Tuesday. No call back the next business day like the machine said. This place is terrible I am type 1 diabetic and have been trying to get my insulin refilled for three weeks... the pharmacy has faxed the request 4 times, I have emailed twice and have left several voicemails. This being a so called diabetic clinic they should know the importance of refilling prescriptions and responding to calls.
I've been a patient of Sharain's for over 10 years now off and on. I drive considerably further to go to the Arlington clinic and have found the staff to be friendly and attentive. Much better than some of their other locations.
