"My experience with Gene Renegar was very frustrating. His business and communication skills need work. He is very slow to return calls and slow to get going on the job and then slow to send a bill. I had to keep calling to get him to show up and get to work. I was not satisfied with the end result as the floatation he replaced made the dock and swim deck very uneven, the dock slopes quite a bit.
