I had a reverse osmosis system installed a year and a half ago and they promised to provide yearly maintenance with the system. I have been trying to reach them for months and never get a call back. very disappointed.

Don't waste your time. They won't even call you back, I called several times because they installed my reverse osmosis system, no one cared!

I normally don't write reviews but this is an exception. The previous owners daughter "Kateland" is now running the company with her boyfriend "Dustin" are very unprofessional. They installed a water softener in my home but did not connect it to the hot water line although they assured me it was done correctly. I bought a house that has a renegade water system installed. There was an issue with the system they came out and fixed it, I'll noticed a few weeks go by and I realized the problem was not fixed. I've called and left 3 messages with no return call.
