I haven’t been able to PHYSICALLY GO to cancel my membership, so instead they decide to keep charging me, so i now owe $125 for NOTHING. Their management is absolutely terrible

I can't post the screenshots here, as their is not enough space for the times my trainer called out on me. I came to them in January 2024 to lose 15 pounds for boxing. The amount of times I've heard from my trainer Jeff "I'll get you tomorrow" or him texting to meet me at a different gym, at a crazy time, just for him to never show up, was weekly, if not consecutive in days.
