Unfortunately non-responsive. First contacted using form on website. When I didn’t hear back after a couple days, called and spoke to a woman, left contact info and brief description of work. Was told I would receive a call back in a couple of hours. Never heard back. From reviews, he apparently does great work, but flat out blowing off a potential customer is unfortunate. A polite response that you’re too busy to take new work would have been satisfactory.
During a different job installing a new electrical receptacle, John noticed that we had an unsafe electrical circuit breaker in our breaker box from an earlier tractor shed installation. He was able to replace it for us in just a few minutes. Excellent service, completed on impromptu short notice!
🤔 The south end of my home was without power & needed to be restored after a faulty appliance over heated & shorted out. The overheated appliance had also done damage at the wall outlet & shorting the neutral wire inside. After John inspected all outlets on that circuit he replaced the outlet & restored power. John took safty very serious & completed his work in a timely & professionally manner. John also fitted in a couple ( While Your Here Issues ) that I ask him to fix adding to this service call.
John was great! Super helpful and informative. His keen diagnostic skills helped me see that I have a larger problem than electrical. Highly recommend Renegade!
