Posting a one star now due to no communication with Renegade regarding missing part of my order. Namely Aero bars not shipped with cover. called and left at least 4 messages and an email as well as online chatbot. no response. Meant to update this awhile ago. Upgraded to 5 stars after Renegade made everything right. Sorry for the delay. Love the cover!
5***** review even though I didn’t receive my order. Why? I ordered a bed cover in November 2024 informed it would take approximately 6 months to ship. At 6 months I inquired about my order and was PROMPTLY informed there would be approximately 12 weeks of further delays. At now 7 1/2 months I inquired about the delay and possibly ordering 2 additional covers for 2 new trucks that I had just purchased for my company. Overmarketed and underdelivered. Waited 13 months, through delay after delay with Renegade. Had to cancel. The collateral build up of disruptions and uncertainties when waiting so long for a truck bed cover - while the company holds your money over the internet - is ridiculous. For the customer stuck in this situation, everything cover related gets put on hold or requires extra workarounds. This meant no weather protection, no functional use and no security for two winters.

After looking, researching, and reviewing almost every tonneau cover in the USA, I chose the Renegade Tonneau Cover for my new pickup. I ordered the tonneau cover in 2023 and received it in 2024 after a long wait that was past the 25 weeks that they clearly state in the advertisement. I will admit that I started to wonder if it were worth the time. Scott, Dave, and Trent told me it would be worth the wait but I was still skeptical.
