They’ll take your money out over 3K, but they won’t answer you after numerous attempts by email, text and phone they give you no update, in all honesty I think it’s completely crap for customer service considering the price you pay. I’m about to report them to the Better Business Bureau, and get some legal action involved.
If they pulled their head out this company could own the heavy-duty pickup bed cover market. I don’t know what their hangup is. I hope they are able to work out their problems. For the time being I would recommend that you do not do business with them. I cancelled my order exactly one year after placing the order. I contacted renegade 26 weeks after placing my order and was told it would be another 8 weeks. Thereafter I contacted Renegade every 8 weeks. Bad experience. This company sells products they don't have. They wasted 8 months of my life and charged me a full amount of $4000 for something they didn't have in stock. Customer service is poor and people are rude. They are trying to sell fancy but non-existing products. I don't really understand it. 1 Star service. I got my cover from Diamondbackcovers on time with now problem and less expensive too.
Do not buy a bed cover from this company. I purchased a bed cover for my truck about 7 months ago. The estimated delivery time was 24 weeks, which I was okay with. However, once that time passed, I emailed the company and received no response. I also tried calling multiple times but no one answered. I was hoping to post a positive review I placed an order on October 2024 and posting a review as of February 2026 I still have not received my order with every new due date I reach out just to be informed that the delivery date has been pushed back by another 8 to 12 weeks website states order should arrive 25 weeks. after the order was placed currently and I am on a week 70 with another 8-12week.
