Same story here. It's been over 8 months since I placed the order in Nov. 2025. Never heard got any communication or response from my emails or calls. Filed complaints with BBB and Utah Consumer Protection Services. Got a call thru to a sales guy in March 2026 named Scott 801 599-3669 Sounded like he was still taking orders. It's now July 2026 and no word. Google shows their Utah locatio is permanently closed. Website is still operational but phone is not. Email is still taking emails, but no response. Ordered August 2025, and it now May 2026, have not received bed cover. They don’t return calls, they don’t respond to emails, they don’t have the courtesy to give updates, wondering if they are a legitimate business.
