Smaller show room but same great people and same great service. I was able to get patches sewn on as I shopped
This company is a complete scam. Sent my jeans in for a simple exchange for a smaller size and never received my replacement jeans. 5 support emails later not so much as a reply. Stay far away from these scammers! If you got ripped off like I did call your credit card company and do a chargeback. They'll eventually feel the pain when Visa drops them.
If I could give 10 Stars I would. Florida went way above and beyond to help me select a pair of chaps with a good fit. She is very helpful, friendly and most of all she knows her stuff. Thank you so much, Florida. Your new happy customer, Diann
This place has gone downhill from my first visit a year or so ago. The communication is terrible. They always say they'll call back but I end up having to call them. They promised the work would be finished by the 4th of July but didn't get it back until late November. The people here are really nice but ever since they lost the original 2 ladies working in the back I've had a poor experience here.
