Their customer service is next level! I contracted their services to dye my satin wedding dress black, so I could wear it again for a black-tie event. The fabric was super tricky and after not liking the first color dye, the Renegade team worked around the clock to get it to a color I loved in time for my event. Natalie went above and beyond to ensure I was happy, and I can't recommend their services enough. I trusted them with a very special memento, and they didn't let me down - highly recommend!

EDIT 3/2/25: Renegade reached out to me soon after my original review. The team has been incredibly professional and helpful since then. I did receive my dress and it’s absolutely perfect! Thank you :) Sharing a review in hopes I’ll actually get a response. I’ve sent multiple emails and text messages and even left voicemails for 2 months now with no response. I never write reviews, but I feel it's important to warn fellow brides: DO NOT send your dress to Renegade Bridal. Due to recent staff turnover, this company is no longer functional. Once you ship your dress, Renegade does not respond to any emails, texts, or calls. It's impossible to get an update. **For those who have already sent their dress and are frustrated that they can't get a response**: Schedule a "Follow-Up Virtual Dye Consultation" on the website.
