We hired Kelly to sell our home in Four Lakes due to unforeseen circumstances. I cannot express enough gratitude, caring and support she gave all the way through the process. I felt as though she was a “friend” throughout the circumstances we were given and she guided us and was so professional. I will miss speaking to her and I am highly recommending her business. We were looking for a place in Winter Haven Florida and working with three different realtors. We decided to go with Renee's Resale. Kelly was helpful and patient as we looked at many locations repeatedly. She worked closely with the sellers to get our questions and theirs answered quickly. It was clear to us that she enjoys helping people fulfill their dreams and works hard to make each sale a positive one for both parties. If we were ever buying or selling again we would reach out to Renee's first.
Run the other way! Hired them to sell our house. They worked more for the unqualified buyers than for us. Allowed the buyers to breech our contract with no penalties. Rushed us out of our home by October 3, 2024 only for the buyers to close on October 9th, 2024. Then Hurricane Milton came for a visit adding on more unnecessary charges that Kelly promised to reimburse us. $840. We have the texts to prove it. We live in Michigan & purchased a home in Winter Haven FL through Renee's Resales......we cannot tell you enough how professional, knowledgeable & extremely helpful Kelley D. was to us. Everything was done electronically; she handled all aspects of the title for us & tags for the home & even waited at the home while an electrician installed wiring for us!!
