Just having once again purchased some beautiful furniture from Renee’s grand store, I was reminded that little has changed. Renee’s still has a top end level of furniture you simply cannot find elsewhere. I have been buying her beautiful pieces for over 10 years now and her kind welcoming level of service plus her invaluable advice is second to none. Could not recommend Renee and her exceptional store more highly.
Wow, what an exquisite vibrant collection and relaxing atmosphere in this store …as soon as you walk in you feel you are in another world. Anyone should visit it before proceeding with their final decision. I will fill every corner of my mansion with these exquisite furniture and furnishings. Extremely rule and unprofessional service done by Reneé. My wife bought a piece of painting from this store, but the hand written invoice has noted NO SPEAK ENGLISH! What a racist shop!!!! You should not be in the retail industry if you don’t respect other nationality customers. SHAME ON YOU!!! I will give you a negative 100 star if I could. Btw you did not even ask for her name, I’m sure she knows “What’s your name?”
If I could give zero stars I would. Renee, the owner, would be the rudest person I've ever encountered in a retail store. I dont know how her shop makes any money. Her staff are great but that's negated by Renee's nasty and belligerent manner. Such a bad experience, I wont be back and I urge you to stay clear of this establishment.There a lost of better, friendlier and similar shops around. Support those instead.
