In honor of our daughter Renee who has Celiac Disease, we opened our doors and pizza ovens for people with food allergies. Had a chicago deep dish, breadsticks and calzone. Best gluten free version of these we have ever had.
Allison is great, pizza was great for my birthday, my son’s party for his and dinner on a Tuesday.
Today was my first time here. Great customer service they answersd my endless questions and multiple orders because I kept finding things I wanted to add. I ordered a calzone online , when I got there I added a deep dish pepperoni slice and pop, then asked about the soup. Hungarian goulash, like a chicken dumpling. Shocked by how good it looked and even more blown away by how good it tasted. I’ll def be back!
My friend and I tried Tru Pizza yesterday. While we are not GF our husbands are, so we are always on the lookout for gluten-free restaurant options. We ordered a meat lovers thin crust pizza, a veggie calzone and the GF elephant ear. Both the calzone and pizza were delicious. Ingredients were fresh, the crust was spot on, the sauce was a bit bland, but I personally like a pizza sauce with a bit of zing.
