Renee's has been a great find. I used another company (corporate chain) previously, and I hated their "we only do x but not y" approach. Renee's takes the time to learn your preferences - and no matter who shows up, they know the drill. Having said that, my regular favorite cleaner, Jacqueline, is AWESOME. And the office staff (looking at you, Monica) are terrific too. And Renee herself - friendly and caring.
I've had cleaners for many years, I've recently moved and had to find new people to love my home as much as me. I found Renee's through social media, and did some reading of reviews in order to make the decision to make a call. I'm so glad I did. Renee is genuine, personable, and magnetic. Easy to get along with and listened to my needs. She sent Amy to be my new best friend (aka work her magic and clean my home) and she was great.
